We start with our Complimentary Consultation
 

Before we meet it is good for you to know 3 things :

• The date of your event - being winter or summer can make a difference
• Your venue - so we can easily discuss what types of themes are possible
• Your budget - so we can focus on what we can provide to make your event amazing

As well as the specifics from above, we do the fun stuff - talk about your event ideas and how we can implement them.  Previous clients have found looking at event images is a great way to help them visualise, feel and understand what their event will be like - and we have hundreds of images you can look through.  This complimentary consultation will focus you on your event concept and give us enough information for the next step.

The Preliminary Quote

From the complimentary consultation I will put together a preliminary quote to give you an idea of costs and what you will receive.  You have one week to review the quote.

Follow up meeting

We meet again to review the quote and discuss any queries, additions or changes you may have and finalise the event themes and ideas.  At this stage we require a 15% non-refundable deposit to secure the relevant props and reserve our installation team.
